Our activity: We are subject to the “Hoguet Law” no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970 governing the conditions of real estate practice and to Decree no. 72-678 of 20 July 1972 setting its implementation rules. We are also bound by the Code of Ethics appended to Decree no. 2015-1030 of 28 August 2015, published in the Official Journal of 30 August.
Services provided: By signing a property search mandate, the Principal entrusts HOME SELECT with the mission of locating a property for purchase, in accordance with the criteria defined in the mandate. The mandate includes full support through to the signing of the final deed of sale.
Duration of the mandate: The mandate is signed for a fixed duration of 12 months, with no tacit renewal.
Fees: Fees are only due in the event of a successful acquisition of a property presented by HOME SELECT, and are paid through the notary. The amount is 2.5% incl. VAT of the net seller price, with a minimum flat fee of €10,000 incl. VAT. No additional fees shall be charged unless expressly agreed in writing.
Payment terms: Payment is made by bank transfer through the notary’s office.

In case of dispute, French law shall apply.
Right of withdrawal: Since the mandate is concluded remotely or outside the business premises, the Principal has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of signature. This right may be exercised by sending an email to contact@homeselect.paris or by using the withdrawal form attached to the mandate. Unless otherwise expressly requested, HOME SELECT may begin performing its service before the end of the withdrawal period. However, the right of withdrawal remains valid as long as the mission has not been fully performed.
Personal data processing: Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR, the French Data Protection Act, and TRACFIN requirements. Data is retained for up to 5 years after the end of the mandate. The Principal has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose, and request the portability of their data by writing to: contact@homeselect.paris. In the absence of a response within 30 days, a complaint may be filed with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). In accordance with Article L223-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Principal is informed of their right to register on the national “Do Not Call” list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr), and HOME SELECT commits to respecting this right.
