What types of accommodations do you offer?
We focus on a wide range of accommodations in Paris and the Paris region, including apartments and houses, suitable for expatriates.
What are your fees?
We do not charge any application fees. You only pay if we find accommodation that meets the expectations of your employees. Our fees are 1 month's rent: excluding charge, excluding tax. For example, for a rent of €3600, our fees are €3600 excluding VAT.
Our mission focuses on the search and pre-selection of housing. We can help the employee with post-selection administrative procedures: opening contracts (energy, insurance, internet, telephone, etc.).
