2. Regulatory Framework

Activity regulated under France's "Hoguet Law" no. 70-9 of January 2, 1970 and Decree no. 72-678 of July 20, 1972.

Code of Ethics pursuant to Decree no. 2015-1030 of August 28, 2015 (published in the Official Journal of August 30).

3. Services

Property search mandate with comprehensive assistance through final deed execution.

4. Mandate Duration

Fixed 12-month term without automatic renewal.

5. Fees

2.5% including VAT of the net seller price (minimum: 10,000 euros including VAT).

Payable exclusively upon successful property acquisition, through the notary's office via bank transfer.

6. Payment

By bank transfer via the notary's office.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, mediation available through:

8. Right of Withdrawal

Clients may withdraw within 14 days from the date of signature of the mandate.

This right may be exercised via email to contact@homeselect.paris or using the withdrawal form attached to the mandate.

9. Data Protection

Personal data retention: up to 5 years after the end of the mandate, in compliance with TRACFIN obligations.

Client rights: access, rectification, portability, objection, limitation, erasure.
