My mission is to make finding an apartment a “happy” experience by listening to my customers.

Brazilian, graduated from business school in Brazil and a master's degree in Sustainable Development in France, I have been living in Paris for 6 years. Like many homeowners, I encountered numerous obstacles when buying my family's main residence. As a foreigner, I discovered the (quite unique) dynamic of the capital's real estate market; it took us more than two years to finalize our purchase in the 16th arrondissement! This experience is at the origin of my passion for real estate and my observation on the real need for support for people in need of time who want to acquire real estate in Paris. My goals are to create opportunities, to be in the field, to interact with my network of professionals and to defend your interests. I adopt a simple methodology that focuses on trust and transparency. At the start, I try to target the needs and desires of customers in order to be as effective as possible. During my research, I am committed to establishing active communication by establishing a report on my activity and by soliciting my clients for answers in order to advance and make the project a reality.

The largest arrondissement of Paris offers multiple choices of neighborhoods and a great diversity of unique places such as the numerous streets and private alleys with their mansions, the pedestrian streets with high quality shops, the unobstructed view of the Seine or the presence of the Bois de Boulogne. Being one of the greenest districts in Paris, it attracts lovers of nature and a better quality of life. These characteristics make it an area that is all the more sought after since the Covid crisis. In addition to its residential dimension and its numerous renowned schools, the 16th is home to an exceptional cultural offer with numerous museums and exceptional tourist sites. Major sports centers are also located there. In short, once you get used to it, it is very difficult to do without it!

Buying an apartment in Paris can be a complicated process, especially if you're not from France and don’t speak the language. We were fortunate to work with Lourdes from Home Select, who specializes in helping international buyers through every step. She wasn’t just a real estate agent, she was a hands-on guide who made everything easier. She helped us understand different neighborhoods and what kind of property and price made sense for our needs. She arranged viewings, gave clear feedback on each option and explained local practices we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Once we found the place, she helped us select and work with a notary, handled paperwork, clarified what costs to expect and coordinated all the formal steps. After the purchase, her help didn’t stop. She assisted in getting utilities (like electricity and internet) set up, helped us find a security system, and handled many practical things you only notice after the sale.
