Behind the Haussmann facade, an architect-led renovation preserved the elegance of the old, mouldings and period fireplace, while introducing a contemporary touch: a kitchen with Haussmann-inspired cabinetry and a marble backsplash, two en suite bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a wraparound balcony overlooking a private mansion.

Then my work did the rest: the negotiation, carried out for the buyer and the buyer only, followed by the coordination of every step, from the notaire to the keys. From the first visit to the signature, my client had nothing to handle.
